Yes! The Membership is Month-to-Month - No Long-Term Contracts or Pressure.

You'll get strength-based workouts that target common weaknesses in women - especially during and after pregnancy. Think functional movement, core + pelvic floor training, mobility, and full-body strength.

Everything is delivered through a user-friendly app. You’ll have weekly workouts at your fingertips, complete with video demos and cues for proper form.

Some experience is preferred, but not necessary! There are modifications available for each exercise, and you have access to Dr. Jade daily for additional questions, form feedback or tips.

The programming is built with these issues in mind. You’ll be guided through exercises that support healing and strength. There are educational modules to educate on the foundational techniques used through each exercise. However in these cases, 1-on-1 Support may be most beneficial for you.
