A Nutrition Coach with my Double Bachelors Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and Food and Environmental Nutrition.
My goal is to help women find Balance with Food and Fitness—I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle fitness goals, nutrition, and everyday life. That’s why my approach to nutrition coaching is all about helping women find balance—not perfection. I guide my clients in learning how to fuel their bodies with confidence, enjoy food without guilt, and create a healthy relationship with fitness that feels sustainable. My goal is to empower you to feel strong, energized, and at peace with your routine—so you can thrive both in and out of the gym.

After Jade’s first pregnancy, she experienced first hand the struggles with the recovering of her body and feeling like herself again. She saw the gaps between helping women improve their pelvic floor and pain symptoms. We want to bridge those gaps - helping women getting back to feeling strong, fit, and confident - and back to the activities they love.
